Buzzing problem with Panasonic Tx32LXD70! Should I change to TX32LXD700 or what?
HI all
I bought a Panasonic TX32LXD70 just over a week ago. Everything was fine at first, ie sound and picture. I have a virgin hd box plugged into it and the HD picture is ace. It's also excellent on SD. The only problem is that it started making a buzzing noise. Not a really loud noise but loud enough to hear. My wife thinks i'm neurotic but the noise is doing my head in. Has anyone else had a similar problem? There are a couple of threads on AV forums about it too. What should I do? Take it back to Richer Sounds and get another one? After all it was a bargain for £600.00! Or just get money back and get a different model...i was thinking about the TX32LXD700 but the only thing is it's £200 for the 700 model. Please help! Thanks everyone |

No sound or vision problems with mine. 5 months (cross fingers) trouble free operation.

no probs here with mine either, but I have been told it can be an issue - I'd just take it back to Richer Sounds if I were you, if it goes wrong again within warranty you'll still have the choice of getting it changed later (bearing in mind electronics go down in price so quick you'll probably get the better model for the same price!).
If you got the panel protection insurance they'll even pick it up from your home if I recall correctly. Good luck! |

I had a buzzing problem with my TH50PX60 (mains buzz, coming through the speakers, louder with a brighter picture).
It was repaired under guarantee. Don't put up with it. |
