Here's the story, all my company email was downloaded to my N95 and now I need to get this stuff off because it's incriminating.

I'm going to employment tribunal in December. It's on the messaging (same menu as texts), in a folder.

Could I plug the USB straight into my printer or can I copy them to my PC? possibly using PC suite? will that copy emails?

Thanks,

I don't have an N95, but there has been no way to do this on any earlier phone i've had.

a possibilty would be to download a 3rd party file manager and use this to find the inbox and copy to files to a location to a place that can be accessed by the pc suite.

For my money your best bet would be to simply forward them to another address and print them out from there. if they dispute that they exist you have the phone. but they are unlikely to as they will have records of their own.

PC suite does not access e-mails.

My immediate thought was as above - forward the e-mail to an account you can print from - but keep them in the phone to prove the "paper trail"

When I plug my N95 in to the PC it comes up with options and I'm sure 1 of them is print. All I was thinking is as it's a mini USB on the phone to USB on the printer I was wondering if anyone had managed to print directly from the N95.

I would be nice to print them in their original state that's all.

The company are claiming that I was dismissed for being consistently late and other issues, however the emails tell a different story. I have the complete email history and only once did I ever get a complaint email over paperwork. I also had concerns about working till 9:30 at night loads and silly shifts that went on till 3am, all of which is on email and the company are denying that these extremely long shifts occurred.

As I had webmail they do not realise I have the whole email log, however I used the pop settings to download it all on to my phone !

It'll be a nice little trick to pull out of the hat at the tribunal if I can get these emails off the N95, especially if they verbally deny things which I can later prove on email records.

If you highlight an e-mail in the N95 it does offer you "print" as one of the options. Not sure how you do it though.

Are you sure forum useage was not a reason, 4700 posts in just over a year is quite impressive

If I click print on the email when it's plugged into the PC it says the device is not a printer!

The problem I have now is I don't have a USB A (the square one?) to mini USB.

If I did have I don't know if it would work !

Does anyone have one of these? do you know if it works? thanks..

The N95 is PictBridge compatible, so you just plug the normal USB lead into a PictBridge compatible printer. You can also use the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth to print to a printer attached to your network.

You could use the TV-Out and show the employment tribunal via a tv in the room.

Hi

Why not make mention to your former employees that the e mails exist

It may make them get to a quicker / better resolution

Thanks,

Still not managed to get these emails off, the only way seems to be forwarding, the problem with that is you can't bulk forward, you have to do every one individually.

Network printing didn't work.

Where did you get the N95 , can they help ?

Or pop into CPW and say your interested in buying an
N95 but its very important that you can easily print copies of your e mails , how easy is it to do , can they show you ?

Good luck
