I agree it is great to see him back on ITV once again, he did really well. It was very funny when he ended up upside down after grabbing the last cuddly toy.

Brian is being kept really busy atm, he has presented two awards at events over the past 7 days and also filmed a show for RTÉ called "Anonymous" that goes out in the next couple of months. It's a show where via some state of the art prosthetics celebrities get a day away from their famous face, allowing them to set up family, friends and fans. Looking forward to that show.

I've not seen very much of him since he did SMTV live so it's nice to know things are going so well for him at the moment.

Brian Dowling fans will be pleased to learn that we are all in for a treat with Brian hosting "Brian Dowling's Top 100 Cheesy Pop Tunes" on Smash Hits (Sky Channel 352) this Saturday.

The show lasts a whopping 8 hours from 4 pm until 12pm midnight. So make sure you clear your Sky+, HDD or buy a lot of tapes lol.

I'm already having to open negotiations as am I away for the whole weekend .

Oh how I miss The Mint . I miss Brian's stories, his dancing, knowing how his day had gone and his little snippets of news ....

Just a small piece of information for Brian fans.
The photographs of all the BB Winners taken by Lord Snowden and the accompanying editorial from the Channel4 at 25 book are now online.

All the winners so far are featured in the 'Reality Check' chapter of the book which covers Big Brother: Craig, Brian Dowling, Kate, Cameron, Nadia, Anthony, Pete and Brian Belo.

I think you will find that the calling bingo numbers was a one off job where he pre-recorded all the numbers and links around 6 months ago, and it has been used ever since. No doubt he was well paid for this.

Sorry to prick your bubble but Brian is still busy, as he has been since winning BB nearly 7 years ago now. He is co-hosting a huge event -The Miss Ireland Pageant with Myleene Klass in the next few weeks, and rather than me listing what he has been doing recently you might like to check out his CV http://www.briandowling.biz/?page=body_cv

Brian fans will be aware that Brian has presented Hot or Not a couple of times on Heat Radio recently in place of Ben Sheppard. They might like to know that Heat Magazine confirm this week that they have given the slot permanently to Brian .

It's a good job for him, he will be interviewing celebs, something he's well used too and giving a run down on the latest gossip in his own inimitable way. The show could be a good spring board for him so fingers crossed .

Hot or Not is broadcast on Heat Radio from 7 pm - 9pm every Monday night.

For anyone who has been able to keep up with Failte Towers the reality show Brian has been participating in in Ireland.

As you will know Brian, somehow, was in the bottom three last night and had to go before the Judges. Although after the kind words said to him by those Judges it's hard to see how he can't make it to the final he desperately need votes to keep him away from the Judges.

The next round of voting is today and ends at the same time tonight. Please could all fans vote as much as they are able. If Brian is in the final three again tonight the Judges could well decide the voting public is not in support and show him the door in any event .

Details of the vote numbers etc are here:

Fans of Brian Dowling might like to know there is a nice interview with Brian on the RTE site here:

http://www.rte.ie/arts/index.html

It's in the video section beneath the RTE Guide.

Brian talks about his forthcoming stint as Captain Hook in Peter Pan at the Tivoli Theatre in Dublin. He also says quite a lot about Big Brother .

Another interesting interview with Brian in the Sunday World in Bunker meets Brian - "They've offered I'm A Celebrity to me twice and I keep refusing...there's no way that I'm sucking kangaroo b**ls!"
HERE

Also for fans of BB2 I came across this from Christmas of 2001 on my computer.
