I'm changing my old R2 DVD player, as there's lots of stuff out there I'm missing out on. I was hoping to replace it with a cheap RCE & region free player, i've seen some players for as little as £25 on amazon and ebay, can anyone reccomend one for me?

I picked up one of these about 6 months ago from SVP so I could play back Divx.

it handles anything I throw at it, ( disk format or regon ) and it's handy being able to watch divx movies stright of a memory stick or SD card

The only fault I find with it is the DVD tray is really slim and has no cut outs at the sides so you have to stick your finger in the dvd hole to remove it from the try rather than being able to lift it out from the sides

Bit more than you said, but you do get the extra slots at the front and mp3 ripping ( done in real time so bit of a gimic, but it works )
