Is there a decent , low priced wireless speaker system around?

Mainly mean the 2 rear speakers as subwoofer and two front speakers would be ok being wired

I doubt you will find a truly wireless system. After all how are you going to power the rear speakers? A shed load of batteries or mains?

And if you are going to have to run mains cables to the speakers then you may as well run speaker cables.

He may have mains already available for the rear speakers so won't have to route speaker leads from the front.

I've ordered a set of wireless surround sound speakers by Samsung.Don't know what you mean by cheap though and until I get them can't comment on how they work but will let you know if you are interested.
