This isn't a dig at her. She is attractive and can dance but I just don't 'buy' in to her and Matt like the majority of this forum does??

i do like her and i put it down to her infectious laugh. on her vt's i just find myself giggling along with her as she is always so bubbly and happy.

After the year she has had its quite inspitring she is so happy. she genuinely enjoys the dancing and is a fan of the show. and i like that

What hype? I don't see she is hyped any more than any of the other dancers on this forum. She doesn't get as much press as the other dancers that I have noticed anyway.But hey, I am a fan and the reason I like her so much is she is a strong spirited young woman how has loads of likeability factor, a great laugh, fun sense about her and is someone I could relate to....also I believe the partnership and think Matt and Alesha (Mattesha) compliment each other well...Is that enough????

Of course there are loads of people who do not "buy into her", just like any other contestant on the show. Why start a thread about it? What are you hoping the thread achieves - lots of posts from people saying "yes I agree, don't see what the fuss is about?" or "no I don't agree, she's lovely?"

Of course you wouldn't. And I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact that you are a Kelly supporter.

I might be biased as I'm a big supporter of this couple, but I really think that they have a genuine partnership and chemistry together. That is the thing that makes them stand out to me, as there are a lot of other good dancers on the show.

Everyone is entitled to their opinions on the couples and what is great for some people won't have the same effect on others.

Personally I like them, I think they seem to get on well and I like her outlook on the dancing and the competition. I think she is very attractive and I really enjoy watching her dance, but I don't expect everyone else to feel the same way.

It would be very boring if we all liked the same couples

I don't think Alesha is hyped up at all! A lot of people on this forum happen to like her but thats probably because she's a very good dancer, is having a lot of fun, has wanted to do scd since the first series and has amazing chemistry with matt..

I really want them to win!

But its fair enough you don't buy into it, it just so happens that many others do!

IF anything her and Matt have kept the lowest profile since the show started. Other then one interview on loose women ages ago shes done no tv appearances at all. (except itt)
Anyway i'm expecting a kelly V Alesha bottom 2 sooner or later so im not really suprised to see this thread....

Why thankyou, I am just stating my opinion, as have many with threads that I have taken objection too. As they would say, just igonre it if you dont agree. Plus I have been unoffensive which many others have not been!

I think Alesha is a great dancer but for me I think she'd work better with Ian or Brendan (his doughnut tendencies aside).
I can't quite put my finger on why her and Matt don't quite "gel" on the dance floor for me - I would like to have seen him partner with Kelly.

Both are fab but for me the chemistry isn't 100% yet .... but there's still a while to go.

ooooh no way, i completely disagree! I think they have amazing chemistry and gel totally on the dance floor! Its difficult to imagine hat they have only known each other such a short amount of time!

matts slicked back hair does un nerve me slightly and maybe their looks dont quite go. however he is a kind and excellent teacher and very patient which is a good job as she seems very excitable bless her

is this going to be a tic for tac thing between Kelly and Alesha supporters?

Kelly and Matt wouldn't have worked. Alesha and Brendan,......poor Alesha, she really doesn't deserve THAT. Ian and Alesha,...nope sorry Ian is a bit boring.

I'm not buying into the Alesha and Matt hype I don't have a favourite couple yet . But 2 weeks out of three I have thought they have danced the best dance and that has prompted me to vote for them.

No probs - I'm very against capital punishment
