Can anyone help?

I have a Panasonic DVD recorder EZ27 and it seems to pause at every chapter when playing back DVDs that have been recorded on other DVD recorders. I have the 'seamless play' switched on and it does not pause when playing back discs recorded on the machine or pre-recorded DVDs.

Any help would be much appreciated.

are the discs from the barras?

it could be the discs that they were recorded on or the format


discs are very unpredictable
