I don't think her hair looks that bad at all. In fact I quite like it. Nice to have a change from the boring straightened-to-death styles that are around now.

Victoria nevers smiles, even now. Its no wonder when people probably told her she had an ugly smile, I remember seeing a programme about when she was at dancing school at a young age and her coach said she was always self-concious and didn't like to smile. The teeth were a problem then, but even with all the dental work it can't change the way the face loosk when you smile, and shes prob self-concious about that too.

One of the reason why Colleen is doing well money-wise is precisely because she is soo ordinary and average looking, that's her USP. When pramface chavettes are pushing their prams around Netto/ Kwik Save/ Aldi they think 'i could be her', whilst adjusting the scrunchies in their Croydon face lift hair 'styles'
