Was tonight's result a fix?

I have a suspicion that Len was told to keep Penny in over Gabby because Penny is the bigger celebrity and will attract more viewers. Surely he feels Gabby is the better dancer, has more versatility and has the greatest potential over Penny? Even if he was going on tonight's dance alone, Gabby was surely the best?

Do you think Len would agree to such a thing?

What do others think? After the recent Blue Peter scandal, who knows what goes on behind the scenes.

Nope, I don't think so at all. They all (with the exception of Craig) seemed to think Penny's samba was better than Gabby's in the first show as well. The three of them have even seemed to think she is the better dancer overall the whole way through the competition.

No- its just a shock result like every session so far- no fix, no scandal- unfortunately the dancing is subjective so people have different views on who they like and who they want to vote for.

Len voted for who he wanted out of two people that shouldn't necessarily be in the bottom two- it wasn't clear cut so its down to personal opinion and he may have seeen something in Penny that others cant.

Don't be bl***y rediculous. I'm getting fed up of the Penny/Rod conspiracy angle. Next people will be saying Kate has paid people to vote for her.

I don't think it was a fix i just feel that he saved the person that he thought he was expected to save

No this wasn't a fix. As much as I thought Gabby was better than Penny in the dance off. The judges stuck by who they had given the higher score to.

I doubt it because they also would have wanted to keep the "married couples" rivalry going on for as long as possible!

I don't think it was a fix that the Penny was saved over Gabby. But it makes you wander witch way the voting swayed.
Kate was at the bottom of the leader board on the judges vote, she must have got a hell of a lot of votes to get at least third from bottom.
With all the reccent conspiricy of hte phone lines over the past year and Strictly loosing out in the ratings it makes you wander whther to boost poulartiy that the votes were rigged a little.

Claudia had just been on to say Rod Stewart would be on her show next week.Doesn't that make you suspicious that the judges arms were twisted?

Right now, I'm feeling sorry for Kate. She must feel like a wounded wilder beast (well she dances like one..LOL).

All of the judges are out to hang her high no matter how well she dances.

They have to sooth their feelings and will only feel better once they have passed the death sentance on her.

Poor old Kate...........(don't worry, I will still vote for you)

Was it ---- a fix!?!

God, just because someone other than Kate leaves, you all suspect the worst.

She's just another Fiona Phillips and Sarah Manners and Georgina Bouznova.

Get over it

Oh no. Not another conspiracy thread again!

In short, no.

I think both of them should NOT be in the bottom two.

But hey, this is a popularity contest followed by a dance competition. So...
