There's still a chance he could do a Darren Gough

Must admit I've warmed to him loads after the last week or so, just the way he threw himself, albeit in a very rubbish manner, into the Samba probably got him a lot of votes

You never know, I didn't think Darren Gough and Matt Dawson would amount to much at the start, so Kenny could get better to a standard where his dancing is considered good and his personality makes him even more popular. Maybe with Gabby not in the competition he might give it more than he has so far, to win it for her.

I cant see him lasting at least a few more weeks.

Maybe Gabby will get involved as well to help him practice at home.

Me too, dome, but we'd better watch out....... the "Strictly" Stasi will be after us for daring to vote for anyone other than the top 3

I love Alesha and she's my favourite but I could quite happily see myself voting for Barnesy who I love - there's no way he was as bad as they said he was

As I always say as regards the X-Factor results, yes you need the talent and the skill but you also need likeability to get people to vote for you. There is little endearing about Gabby Logan.

In your opinion. I find her very likeable and nice.

Maybe if Kenny hadn't asked for "scotlands votes" he would have been out instead

Are you being serious

There are almost twice as many people live in London alone as in the whole of Scotland

And maybe ultimately may have indirectly cost his wife by sending her spinning into the bottom two, ironically where he should have been!

Gosh I wonder what happened in the Logan household!! Poor Kenny I think Gabby wears the trousers and she did look furious about lossing but not as furious as her partner John!!

The cynic in me says that he knows he is quite safe making this offer after Gabby is voted off. And he did keep begging for the Scottish vote for himself.

I don't think she looked furious at all, she took it brilliantly.

I never interpreted the look on her face as furious. Thought she was upset - understandable.
Re Kenny asking for votes - what was he supposed to do go on radio/tv shows and say 'Whatever you do don't vote for me.'?
As Homer would say Doh!

Didn't you know they are all meant to feel ashamed of themselves.

At least that seems to be the 'order' of the day.

Well I voted for Kenny and Gabby on saturday night and I am not one bit ashamed of myself! And, if he is as entertaining as he was this week, I will vote for him again next Saturday. I do however vote for Alesha every week as well

I think you have missed the point.

1) He could have asked for the Scottish votes for Gabby too, seeing as he is suddenly so keen for her to stay in over himself (after she was voted out).

2) He could have not even asked for the Scottish vote.

Did Gabby ask for the Welsh vote?

Ofcourse there aren't!

There are 5 - 6 million people living in Scotland and around 7 million people who live in London (I'd imagine a fair few are Scots like Kenny). This rises to about 9 million when the daily commuters come in to work, but presumably go home to watch SCD.

I personally don't get this "Rugby Fans vote for Kenny" anyway. I'm a Rugby Fan and I've never voted for him. I think he's done okay so far in Strictly. Does everyone Welsh really vote for Gethin? I think these things are just ridiculous if true, but I don't believe they are.

That was a very interesting radio fivelive interview with Gabby, and she sounded philosophical. Nicky Campbell was very condemning of GMTV, and as I never watch it, I wondered if it's true that Kate has been asking for votes everyday? People like Nicky Campbell never realise or take into account the popularity of a pro like Anton and his fan base, but the BBC's relationship with GMTV does seem strange. I know they're a seperate company to the rrest of ITV, but still, the Beeb have been hell bent on beating X Factor, and it's all about the ratings, so beef up the controversy, but does it make any sense if the beneficiary is a presenter on GMTV? They invited her!

I started off not liking the public persona of Gabby but during this programme I have warmed to her.
I think she took defeat in a very dignified manner & did not notice any negative traits in her attitude on the Sun nights show.
I hope she is able to do Dancing On Ice as well cos I think she'd be great at it. It's probably too late for this year but maybe in the future?
