Right-got my iPod touch from america on saturday and I think its broken already. Everything worked fine until today, when it keeps randomly stopping songs/videos and returning to the home screen!? Anyone else experienced this?

firstly plug your ipod into pc, load up itunes then.............

hold the home and power button down together, keep holding them down till you see the apple, when you see the logo let go of the power button only leave the home button pressed in eventually you will see the itunes logo and a usb lead icon.

Itunes will now say an ipod has been detected in recovery mode click restore, click ok then click restore and then I think restore and update and when thats done your ipod should be fully working again
