So, so many....

...at my height a puff ball skirt was never going to be a good idea....the bright pink ra ra skirt combined with a white very puffed sleaved blouse with matching pink and white spotted tie.....the 'cowboy' phase I went through that I just can't talk about (but a hat was included in the outfit)... pixie boots... rats tails and mullet hair dos (or should that be hair don'ts) .... leg warmers.... those scarfs, that resembled teatowels that we used to wrap round our necks (and appear to be making a comeback ).... knickerbockers and bat wing jumpers - I looked like a deranged golfer...

Thankfully I've always hated having my photo taken, so very little hard evidence exists of these, apart from the black and white outfit I was so proud of

Dyeing my hair white for 20 years - I could never get it white enough, damaged it and spent a fortune.

Um, I remember I had a bronze boob tube which I wore with knickerbockers, topped off with a matching bronze band around my forehead, like in Xanadu.
I remember the knickerbockers - they were quite good with knee high stiletto boots.

I also used to wear a real fur jacket with it - the shame

It was the early 80s

The only one I ever had was when i went to a Drum 'n' Bass night in '94. I wore black leggings tucked into biker boots (can't remember what top I had on). Ok, bad but not THAT bad you may be thinking. Until I tell you that I teamed it with...

Two plaits wrapped on top of my head Heidi style.

I was a New Romantic teenager so there are far too many fashion disasters to mention...but burgundy knickerbockers with a gold thread running through them must rank as one of the worst....
