I have a horrible feeling that Kelly and Brendan might be in the bottom two this week because of all the controversy. It would be a travesty of justice, but not the first time it has happened.

I would like to see Kate in the bottom two, not because I dislike her but because I think her stint on SCD has run its course. Kenny, maybe Dom or Gethin for the other one but Kate to go. I had forgotten all about John Barnes! I hope he ups his game this week.

We shall see!!!!!

should be Kate and Kenny in bottom two, we all know neither of them will be because of the public vote which has nothing to do with dancing ability. Will probably be Penny and Kelly, which would be ridiculous, but then last week was ridiculous. The sooner they do away with the public vote the better, since the majority of people who vote seem to know nothing about dancing.

Kelly won't be in the bottom 2 - Brendon stays in longer than this regardless of who he's dancing with and only a tiny percentage of the people who vote watch ITT and will have seen yesterday's interview. Kenny won't be in the bottom 2 unless he does something really stupid, but Kate could be in trouble this week. I think she's got possibly one more week to go, depending on how Saturday goes, not more. I think it will be the worst foxtrot on the night of the others.

I think if Kelly and Brendan don't come in the top two with their Paso, its not impossible for them to be in the bottom two. Same with Kate, if the judges are nice to her she may lose part of her vote and be at the bottom, same goes for Kenny. Also those in the middle of the leader board, Dom, John, maybe even Letitia. It could be anyone I think it really depends on where people end up on the leader board. If your near someone who has huge public support and you only have one more judges point than then, then you'll be below them after the public vote and in the bottom two probably.

Methinks: Kenny & Penny
-I'm afraid Kenny will approach the Paso as a rugby war dance and slam Ola across the dance floor....not pretty.
-Penny is starting to come across as a bit mediocre at best. Not too popular with the public, so...very likely she'll be there again.

- Kate (and mostly Anton) has huge public following so I don't think their time's up yet, regardless of how awfull their foxtrott will be (...and it will be hideous, I'm sure)

Mehopes: Kelly & Kate (which would make Kelly last another week I'm sure, but her star is fading fast...)

Kelly for obvious reasons; totally not credible as genuine, honest competitor on the show; and just annoying to me.
Kate for obvious reasons; dance disaster:yawn:

I am hoping either Kate, Dom, or Kenny will go this week.

I have a hunch that Kate will turn out her best performance this week and will go. I think she'll be in the bottom two with Dom or John Barnes. However, I was wrong last week...

I want it to be Kate and Kenny with Kate getting the rightly deserved heave-ho.

I think it could be either of them plus John, which would leave John safe (fingers crossed).

If neither Kate nor Kenny is in the bottom two then John will go unless he's up against Dom or Gethin. I'd rather see Gethin go than either Dom or John - they may not have great technique but both have personalities on the dance floor.

Gethin, on the other hand, has just not taken that plunge. Personally, I think we've waited long enough to see a bit of the real him in his dancing. In my opinion, a pretty face just shouldn't be enough to carry you this far into the competition.

Fiona Phillips danced four dances. This will be Kate's fourth dance.

Last year, James left the competition in Week 4. This year James also left the competition in Week 4. Last year the professional who left in Week 5 was Anton.

Dunno if that's any use?”

Both Fiona and Georgina danced foxtrots if I remember correctly, and both turned in their best performances. It may well be that if Kate and Anton do a reasonable job in their foxtrot that it lessens the sympathy vote and drops them into the bottom two (at which point I can't see them being saved over anyone)

Spot on. For both of them it was the first time they had not been bottom.

Interestingly, of the 11 couples voted out last series, only four of them were bottom on the week they left (Nick, Peter, Claire and Louisa).

Series three it was only two out of nine bottom couples leaving (Dennis and James), series two was four out of seven, and the Parker effect meant that series one had two out of seven bottom couples leaving.

In conclusion be really rubbish and finish bottom. It's the safest place to be
