Heres what happened,
i had 200 free text messages still to b used but had no credit as i used it all up,
then i topped up £10 and thought my messages were free.
i kept texting and the texts were being taken off 1 by 1 which is normal obviously but also my entire credit ran out too.
they charged me for the free texts,
have decided i am leaving orange soon as my current credit finishes,
i have been with them for the past 10-11 years and they are the only company i have ever had,
will ringing customer services make a difference?
