Hi All,

I wonder if anybody can point me in the right direction. I have been on BTTBB for well over a year now, using the VOIP as well. Anyway - recently both mine and the wifes mobile providers have changed their pricing so that the 05602 number is classed as a PREMIUM rate charge.

I believe BT will change this number to a geographical one, but I do not know who to call.

Can anybody assist with this please?

I just did this a month or so ago aswell, changed to a geographic number, it was all free, if i remember i just called Broadband service, 0800800150 and follow options for broadband.
