I have had a wee look and couldnt find anything on this and I really need to know how to fix this...

I have all the Harry Potter books on my Ipod and they are all fine except the Half Blood Prince which will play but it wont allow you to fast forward or rewind and if you pause it it automatically goes back to the start, the only difference with this file and all the others is that its that its encoded with LAME3.96. I just need to know if there is anyway of removing this or how to fix it so that it plays properly on my Ipod.
