Blake Lewis - New Song- "Break Anotha"
I don't like Blake and the beatboxing still annoys the fudge out of me but this isn't bad I guess. I think there's more to it than Jordin's single (sadly).
Have recently come across this guy and his songs..........he's got something going for him and some of his stuff is pop gold IMO

This from someone who thought Sanjaya Boom-di-ay was a good singer ! Sorry wengy.. couldn't resist mate.
Except that he is a good singer and actually has a better singing voice than blake. Wherether you think Sanjaya is a good singer or not is not the point. The point is that this song is wack and won't go anywhere.

The song was all Clive's idea and it's now sunk without trace. General consensus on other boards (from Blake fans) is that if he doesn't get another single out soon, the album will follow.

I liked Blake - there was something very attractive about him. That song's not my cup of tea though.

That's why I wrote that he does nothing for me. I agree with you. The fact that he made it to the final ahead of Melinda was ridiculous really.

I like Jordin's whole album, it's a grower.
Blake is duetting on one song and he sounds like he's got a speech impediment!

I like Jordin but have been hesitant about listening to her album. I might do a bit of downloading.
I've recently come across the songs 'how many words' and 'without you' from his new album. And i love them, i have them on repeat at the moment! I absolutely love his voice (and arsene...his voice is about 100 times better than sanjaya! Hence the reason sanjaya left so early in the show 
!!) I will definately be buying the album!
