Iwas upset they got rid of Kate but having only just started watching XF last week I must admit he is coming across very well.
Yes I like him .

There was nothing wrong with Kate, but Dermot is a completely different sort of presenter. He's spontaneous, cuddly and gorgeous!

It's great to have him on the show - a real asset.

He's very natural at what he does and always looks like he's having more fun that he's having on BBLB. Wonder why.

Can I join please, I love Dermot, since the days when he presented T4 with Margharita...what a guy, so witty!! He makes me laugh because you never know what he's going to say!

He has impressed me a lot. He has so much personality and looks like hes having fun. Hes definitly one of the more positive changes made this year.

Although. He needs to vary his contestant chat when they get judges comments!

He is lovely. I loved him on BBLB and especially loved him with one of the housemates baby son on his knee. He will make a GREAT dad!

His real asset in a presenting sense is his spontaneity and, for a live show, this should be a pre-requisite.

Unfortunately Kate 'Charisma-bypass' Thorton had none of that whatsoever.

I love Dermot's interaction with the audience / guests / contestants / judges.

He's got an incredible warmth and isn't scared to mock himself for a bit of good telly.

I think Dermot has really found his forte with this show. He presents it brilliantly with genuine warmth and audience inter-action.

I think Dermot is PERFECT for the show - professional yet funny, entertaining and , by all accounts, very connected to the pulse of the show.
Dermot is very good for XF!

I much prefer Dermot on 'X Factor' than on 'Big Brother's Little Brother'. I hope he's back next year if they do another 'X Factor'.

Can we have Ben Shepherd back instead of Fearne though?
