why is it that when someone asks about a cheap LCD such as the 32" Hannspree or a 32" Bush or Goodmans, the majority of posters always refer to them as being complete and utter rubbish and always advise to buy a panasonic or sony etc, if they where that BAD then surely they would not be manufacturing them or even selling them as there would not be a market for them? Also not everyone can afford £900 and above for a top of the range LCD like myself and it would be great if there was some advise when it comes to the cheap end, that doesnt involve simple statements of "buy a panny"
i have been down to comet and currys and looked at that many of the bloody things i feel like i need a week away on holiday, why has buying a tv become so complicated, and to be honest i have seen the quality of the top end range and dont think that much of it, they look nice when they are switched off but the picture quality is so varied, so i have decided that i am not going to spend no more than £400 and get a cheap end model. My dad has a top end panasonic and he is not happy with it, i dont know what model it is but he spent near enough a grand from john lewis, and to me its not worth it. So any advise on a cheap one what i should look out for brightness wise or contrast wise then that would be great, sorry if im coming across a bit arsey but i have got a banging headache after looking at so many LCDs, and the sales people nearly barebacking me has pushed me over the edge!!! Kindest Regards Mike
