Far from it, a honest opinion.

Lily has talent and she is considered by many to be beautiful.

She has been awarded this position on the most part for her looks. money would not be wasted if this wasn't the case.
Lily has been dedicated, partly through hypnosis but mainly through physical effort to put herself in such good shape.

She is now reaping the rewards of this hard work.

Thinking about it you do have a point, previous women in the AP campaigns haven't exactly been stunners have they.

I am however interested in how and why Lily got the job, probably some dodgy deal done in the seedy part of Soho.

I suppose it all depends on what, or who, you find attractive. Lily Allen is no great beauty, Maggie Gyllenhall, although a great actress is not that attractive IMO, the less I say about Kate Moss, the better (ugh) but I do think Kylie's lovely.

I thought Daisy Lowe was an AP girl? If so, I guess they go for 'different' beauty because she, Maggie and Lily are all a bit kooky looking, but still attractive IMO.

I don't think Lily is a bad choice for AP, but I am surprised that she's agreed to do it. Then again, she's always on about Chanel these days, maybe she's trying to change her image?

I think their campaign with Maggie kinda backfired on them, AP were hoping for cutting edge sexy -what they got was just a bit too cutting edge and strange.

Kylie was more their kinda style - mainstream sexy (well -considered so at least - not by me I hasten to add) doing naughty things on a rocking horse (if memory serves me right)

Dunno how Lilly Allen will fare though. She is attractive but just not sure I wanna see her advertising over-priced knickers.

AP try and market themselves in a way which implies that they are oh so sexy yet fashionable and trendy and the celebs love em, when in reality they sell garish knickers and bras that wouldn't be outta place in an upmarket brothel.

Yes, it's a bit of a change of heart where Lily's concerned, since she was so vociferous in criticising young skinny types for prancing around in their underwear.

I would say this is a victory for unattractive girls all around the world... It just proves that people that look like pigs and have a personality to match can be made to look beautiful too.... ahhhh well done Lily. Who's next for the job? Jade?!
