Orange SPV mid ringtones

I have an Orange SPV and I downloaded some mid files to use as ringtones but they won't play. I think there must be a limit to the quality of the mid that the SPV can handle. Any ideas?

Are you crazy!
The SPV lets you put .wav files onto it!! Put some real music on your phone!
