I'm half Scot half Irish and can't imagine dancing a vw to flower of scotland. Could be a disaster but it does ensure that he'll get a country's vote.

I always have a problem with the Viennese Walz - I just read this post above and transcribed the intials in my mind as 4 Volkswagens and 5 Salsas!

Higher – Gloria Estefan - Just had a listen to this and I'd say this was percussive, get up and dance song that Ian spoke about. Reminds me of being in the Dom Republic.
When a Man loves a Woman – Michael Bolton - my fave track from the VW. Goods choice for Matt and Flavia.
Peanut Vendor – Anita O'Day - slow enough for Kate
Pastime Paradise – Ray Barretto - Letitia and Darren??
Ran Kan Kan – Tito Puente - by elimination I'd say this was John and Nicole's. Love the song
Delilah – Tom Jones - I hope this isn't Gethin and Camilla. Camilla has done a couple of beautiful VW's and I don't like the sound of this
Gotta Be Startin' Something – Michael Jackson - unsurprising that this is Matthew's choice. As has been mentioned he salsaed to MJ last year.
If Flower of Scotland is Kenny's song then probably Fallin' is probably for Kelly
