How much are the call charges for people to call me on the voip 05 number?

All three really. Its not clear anywhere what the call charges are. They explain how much to call out but not how much for people to call you over voip.

15p for 2mins from an 02 mobile and price of a local day time call from a BT landline. Dont know about any other networks.
