RDR-HXD860 - created chapters don't dub to DVD

After creating chapters on a title on the HDD (the title had a total of 11 chapters) then dubbing it to DVD I discovered that the finalised disc comes out with only a standard 4 chapters

The four chapters aren't even in places I selected or wanted

It seems that any chapters created on HDD titles don't take on dubbed DVD's? Has anyone else found this and is there a way around it? If it isn't possible it doesn't make sense as convenient chapters on a DVD are commonplace.

Page 78 of the manual says "......The chapter marks in the dubbing source are not retained in the dubbed title........."
You're right, it doesn't make sense. However if "Auto Chapter" is on, it will insert chapters every 6 Mins.
