It's funny how many songs there are out there that would actually suit Rhyd

Paint It Black would be interesting, but after Lee Mead literally owned that song earlier this year I'm not sure if it's a good idea for Rhyd to do a cover so soon.

Okay well (rather inevitably) I suggest "On The Verge Of Glory" for Rhydian for the final:
http://www.myspace.com/onthevergeofglory I may be biased but I truly believe Rhydian singing this would be sensational. |

I'm liking the sound of an Elvis track more and more lately.

We must try and get him to do modern tracks like Muse when he does his solo tour.

That is a great track. Has it ever been played on X Factor? Or, an even better point: did X Factor ever had Elvis songs? |

'I would do anything for love (but I won't do that)' by Meat Loaf.
I know that's a bit obvious, but it would be awesome. 'Music of the Night' from Phantom of the Opera. 'Starlight Express' from Starlight Express. 'Let it Be' by the Beatles, though already done by Journey South. 'Design for Life' by the Manic Street Preachers. |

Oops! lol.
Also, 'Hurt' by Nine Inch Nails. 'The Mercy Seat' by Nick Cave. Damn, that would be powerful. And I'm in love. |

I love the Elvis tracks and they would fit him well.
How about Art Garfunkel's version of Only Have Eyes for You http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=RZma6kHRXEE |
