Lili27 I think you've made a mistake!

Spoiler
Bruno wanted to save Louie & Chelsie but Len wanted to save Michael & Anna. Carrie Ann had the deciding vote and also wanted to save Michael & Anna, hence Michael & Anna stayed. I'm a bit sad that Melissa & Mark have gone though

Thats nice to hear. I am a big Donny fan and I do think grown-up Donny suffers from the legacy of teenage Donny as people and the media often won't take him seriously. He has released some really good albums recently, including one where he worked closely with Gary Barlow. None of his recent work ever gets airtime - but I bet if GB had released it himself it would have gained plenty of airplay.

OK, gripe over, back to the dancing! Thanks for the links Forceten.

Can't believe the camera cut away from him as he did that spin off the step!!!

I think that's a pretty rubbish result all round really. At least one of the eliminated couples had more potential that the surviving one without giving it away.

I'm butting in here as I dont normally post on DWTS but I loved that mambo dance off. I'd like to see it brought onto the UK version.

It's taken me an age to get to grips with Len trying to be Simon Cowell. I watched the series with Mel B in and dont recall him being this critical.

The mambo marathon dance was great stuff. But it won't come over to Strictly as it will increase the show's runtime and crossover more with X Factor.

I appreciate snowboard Louie is very immature, but wouldn't it have been nice if he could have shown just a little remorse for dropping Chelsie twice during their routine? The first time could have resulted in a very nasty injury, and an apology on camera would not have gone amiss.

Where was the two drop?? I seen the one where Chelsie landed on her bum near the judges table but missed the second

Louie did express remorse backstage in the interview with Samantha as soon as the judges scores were announced.

at about the 6:30 mark...
I don't know if this site works in the UK, so it could be that y'all haven't seen it, but he was upset about dropping Chelsie. Chelsie sort of shrugged it off with a "it happens."

That said, the first drop was horrific...Owww!

In Louie's defense, because the choreography required him to turn and jump up onto the judges' table, Louie had released Chelsie and turned his back. He couldn't see that she had fallen.

Louie may be immature, but he does have the discipline and determination to be a world champion athlete, and seems to be well on his way to the Olympics.

Right. I know that Carrie Ann said that Louie dropped Chelsie twice, but I have watched the routine several times, looking for the second drop and cannot find it.
I wish that someone would point it out, because, despite the fact that CA's comment has been repeated in numerous articles and blogs, I have yet to see anyone actually identify the second drop. Many have posted on various sites that they cannot find the second drop. I don't think that there was one and CA should retract that comment or point out the second drop.

Now that it is over for Louie and Chelsie on DWTS, the two of them seem to still have fun together. Here they are at Mt. High snowboarding over the weekend.

I will miss them on DWTS.
They brought a lot of energy and fun to the show.
Chelsie is a wonderful teacher and Louie was really starting to show progress.

The "stars" who start out as accomplished dancers bore me.
I like to see the pros take a complete novice and release the dancer within!

I notice that some of you in USA would like to see SCD but are finding it difficult. Maybe you can if you go to this address. It is not the best video ever, but it will give you some idea of what is going on over here.
I hope it works. Here it goes.

I really enjoy DWS and I feel it is a shame that you can't watch SCD

I'm definitely enjoying DWTS more than SCD this series. They seem to be having so much more fun! And the dancing's not bad either.
