Louie
did express remorse backstage in the interview with Samantha as soon as the judges scores were announced.

at about the 6:30 mark...
I don't know if this site works in the UK, so it could be that y'all haven't seen it, but he was upset about dropping Chelsie. Chelsie sort of shrugged it off with a "it happens."
That said, the first drop was horrific...Owww!
In Louie's defense, because the choreography required him to turn and jump up onto the judges' table, Louie had released Chelsie and turned his back. He couldn't see that she had fallen.
Louie may be immature, but he does have the discipline and determination to be a world champion athlete, and seems to be well on his way to the Olympics.

Right. I know that Carrie Ann said that Louie dropped Chelsie twice, but I have watched the routine several times, looking for the second drop and cannot find it.

I wish that someone would point it out, because, despite the fact that CA's comment has been repeated in numerous articles and blogs, I have yet to see anyone actually identify the second drop. Many have posted on various sites that they cannot find the second drop. I don't think that there was one and CA should retract that comment or point out the second drop.
Now that it is over for Louie and Chelsie on DWTS, the two of them seem to still have fun together. Here they are at Mt. High snowboarding over the weekend.

I will miss them on DWTS.
They brought a lot of energy and fun to the show.
Chelsie is a wonderful teacher and Louie was really starting to show progress.
The "stars" who start out as accomplished dancers bore me.
I like to see the pros take a complete novice and release the dancer within!
