Wow, I can hardly believe that. Who the hell is voting for Bristol? I can only assume it's the whole of Alaska plus the Tea Party. I suspect the same thing might happen in the UK with Ann and she'll get through to the final as well.

Feel sorry for Brandy, she was so much better than miss "Abstinence is a real option" Palin.

Perhaps Bristol does have some support which is political in origin.

But is that any different to any other celeb, who has a base of support purely because of where they have come from. Perhaps because they appear on a popular TV soap.

Ever think maybe people who like her are voting for her?! I've voted for her every week. This "whole of Alaska" theory is ridiculous. She's liked, people need to accept that. Not at all shocked that Brandy's gone, her partnership with Maks was very hard to watch at times.

Yess! So happy Bristol and Mark made it to the finals. Absolutely love that she had no dance experience (like Kyle) and here she is! Her partnership with Mark has brought them a long way, at the beginning I never would have predicted her outlasting Audrina, Brandy, Rick and others, very impressed!

And pssh, she is nothing like Anne W for god's sake. She's much better.

interesting post about the multiple voting by email.. does it cost them any money to vote this way .....would seem unlikely.....I have no objection to people voting for Bristol if they genuinely like her and support her......heck I am voting for Gavin on Strictly so some people would say I am nuts too....but I am voting for Kara/Scott too. I am very sad that Brandy has gone she was a lovely dancer......I think I am glad we dont have email votes and unlimited voting time on Strictly....should make is more difficult (but not impossible ofcourse) for Ann Widdecombe to win Strictly.

I also do not have a problem with people voting for Bristol if they like her and it is not politically motivated. Mark seems very protective of her and says he feels a challenge teaching someone with no dance experience. A lot of people are liking the partnership. I do think Bristol has vulnerability about her. However, I really thought it would be a 3 girl final with Jennifer, Brandy and Audrina and how wrong I was. It would been a great finale. I can see why Kyle stayed as he come on strong the last 2 weeks. ABC must have a mountain of complaints and I supsect they will need valid email addresses from here on out or the voting will be a joke.

I quite like Bristol too, but something she said annoyed me. She said something like "there's nothing fake about me". She implied that the other contestants were fake, even though she said "no offense".

Well, I think she is fake. Bristol has been forced to promote abstinence by her mother, even though she more than likely doesn't want to do it, and even though she didn't practice it herself. I'd say that's pretty fake.

I can see her winning now Please don't let her win!

I don't think that really mattered. Brandy was third on the leaderboard, so she was just unlucky. Honestly, I think Jennifer or Kyle would have gone if they had been third.

I don't mind Bristol (most of the time) but her dancing really isn't good at all. She should have gone after the first few weeks. I don't mind if the best dancer doesn't win, but I think someone with talent should win. Audrina was starting from scratch too, and she was actually a talented dancer. She didn't have much personality on the dance floor, but neither does Bristol.

I have an awful feeling Bristol is going to win.

I think Len will have to double his medication next week to get through it.

Presumably then Bristol was 4th(?) - quite often the safest position to be as so many people vote for the underdog regardless ....... Kyle must have upped his game (and Lacey her choreography!) to get ahead of Brandy on the leaderboard, as great guy that he is, his technique has always been more than a little lacking.

As for Bristol winning - although obviously she is nowhere near as bad as Ann Widdecombe in Strictly, I do think it takes something away from the credibility of these shows if a poor/weak dancer wins over someone who works hard and shows talent.
