I have recently had SKY + installed and am considering using the spare digi box I now have in one of the bedrooms.

Firstly can I do this.

Secondly how best to do it.

I am using the the sky + RF2 to feed another TV downstairs - so for the digi box upstairs is it a matter of running another coax cable from the LNB (provided it is a Quad) into the upstairs box? Also do I need a card in the upstairs box.

As well as this I have magic connected to the downstairs TV it works fine but I have red somewhere that it shouldn't be connected directly to the TV is this right what should I do

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
