They were doing Paso training earlier in the week. I know that much.

We'll probably have all this confirmed tonight as Craig will be doing a training round up on ITT

oh so their mixing it right up this week with lots of different dances. usually just two isnt it.

All the 12 dances have been done now, spread over 6 weeks. So it's time to fill in the gaps.

At this point of the series, they don't do new dances any more (until the Semi-final), and the couples all do dances from earlier in the series that they didn't do the first time 'round.

For some reason I've got the impression that Kenny and Ola are doing the jive.

Kate doing the Paso, my mind is now boggling

I told my mother Kate was doing the paso. She said, 'Maybe Anton will get her to do the cape.' Have to admit we fell about laughing and I now have this very clear image in my head of her wrapping the cape around herself and being unable to get out. Perhaps I just have to accept that next Saturday is a competition between 7 people, one of whom will go, with some extra comic relief in the middle, and get used to it.

I take the opposite view, it will be a good-scoring dance for Kate. Anton will rightly be starring in a dazzling toreador's role taking pressure off her.

Kate has two problems in that she is not a natural rhythmic dynamo, plus she is uncomfortable with sending out overt sex signals, so for her two journeys of discovery not one, as some women will understand.

Last week I had to slightly laugh as dear auntie Kate launched herself with gusto into sensuous gyrations in a costume which did not flatter her figure. After a while I got into the spirit of it - make no mistake, this is a woman. Those who laugh from a distance should take note that up close Kate pushes all of Anton's buttons.

6 people. Kenny has me in stitches, as he is such an awful dancer. He reminds me of Kryton, from Red Dwarf.

Kenny and Kate make SCD for me. It would be boring without them.
