Hi, just got the samsung le32r87bdx tv and have connecting my PC to it via a DVI-HDMI convertor and the xbox 360 to its other HDMI socket.

The trouble is, if i change any of the settings on the tv such as contrast, brightness, colour tone or backlight settings, (or even just the picture mode to standard or movie) after a random amount of time (10-25 mins) the screen goes black for about 6 seconds (audio not affected) and then it comes back on with all settings back to factory. (i.e too bright when sitting 2 ft from it!)

Is this just a fault with my set or is it possibly the way I have set it up with the PC?

Sounds like a Handshake or Software issue, try giving Samsung a call to their service centre (Dont email them as they seldom reply) but are resonable on the phone. Your set may need a Firmware update.

Fixed it! It was in Shop Mode
