It might be stretching the budget, but dabs.com have the Toshiba 15V330DB for £189.99. This is a quality TV with a digital tuner. Seems a good price for a "branded" model.
Play.com have the LG M198WA 19" Widescreen HD Ready LCD TV Monitor for £169.99. This might be larger than you want, but seems good value.

The smaller Toshiba's aren't actually Toshiba's at all - the 15's are usually made by Beko. But at least they come with the benefit's of Toshiba service behind them.
