Is anyone else having problems contacting BT Billing on 150 recently?
I've tried two days running and the in-call menu system just keeps repeating itself - I enter my telephone number and go through 2 or 3 menus only for the process to start all over again.
Is there a direct or UK-based number for billing enquiries?
Just wondered if anyone else had the same problem.
