Hi guy’s,

Looking for some advice .. the girlfriend wants music in the bathroom, nothing too expensive but something that puts out a good sound.

I was wondering if someone can recommend a system that is wireless (can hook up to a my server where i will dump all her CD’s), has a built in AMP and speakers and a decent interface. Would be handy if it also supports internet radio.

She has quite a big bathroom so doesn’t have to be water resistant.

Any help greatly appreciated

You forgot to mention 'battery powered', it's illegal to have mains sockets in a bathroom.

Revo Pico Wi-Fi Portable Internet Radio has a rechargable battery. Expensive though.

on ebuyer they have the Pinnacle Soundbridge Wi Fi player for under £40 quid. I was going to put up a post about it to see if anyone can vouch for it cause i'm after one myself, so if anyone can help that would be appreciated by me as well. all the reviews i have read seem very positive.

you can find it here

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/131852

Edit: i have just checked the link and it seems to have gone up to 90 quid in the last half hour, i think they have it cheaper on amazon and firebox now

I've ordered the Roku Soundbridge M1001 from Amazon (£88 aprox, now showing as unavailable). It has a bigger display than the one advertised on ebuyer but I think that it uses the same firmware and the design is the same. I hope it works! I had been considering a Squeezebox but decided that was too expensive for a first try.
