So, what is the ACTUAL quote from those reports? What does it ACTUALLY say about SCD and any "contribution" to the BBC? Because all that you have posted so far is what seems like conjecture, supposition, rather illuminating agenda bias (i.e. your description of a "propaganda tax"), and a bit of logic. Nothing that says that the BBC profits in any way from SCD call revenues (which, as I recall, was the allegation that you seemed to be making in your original post).
