OK! I was a bit confused, I was looking at some of the songs and thinking "oh yeah, they're right" and then others and thinking "but didn't they dance first/last/somewhere in the middle??!"

D'oh!

Still a mystery then!

It has been at some points in the past.

Although the order...
Kelly
John
Gethin
Letitia
Kenny
Kate
Alesha
Matt

...does seem a tad unfair in some ways - Kelly has been first, has Kate ever been? Matt has been last and I'm sure there's some on there who haven't.

I think they're using it as a tango because the song it samples (Hernando's Hideaway) is an almost classic tango song (and indeed, Sarah Manners and Brendan Cole danced the tango to it in series two), and yet it's still quite a modern song to appeal to the masses.

Yep, I'm surprised they are already reusing a song from series three.
I'd love to hear some of the series one songs reused, quite a few that were used by Lesley and Anton

Really like all of this week's song choices!

And Dance With Me starts off as a Tango, before the staccato percussion kicks in, so if they omit that, it'll be fab.

We were saying this here also- all of the top three have been first or nearly first in the last few weeks and some of the others are always middle to end- this is what happened last year also

Others have pointed out that the song lists haven't exactly corresponded with the dancing order in previous lists, so we don't actually know if that will be the order.

Hope thats right- I think that its important that they all get a turn going first- ooh sense of fair play and all that!

I'm pretty sure Bon Jovi (ie B&K) were actually first and I think Heaven (ie Muttler) were somewhere in the middle

So I don't think it corresponds too well! (though some weeks more so than others)

I have a feeling that I heard on ITT that the Killers song is Anotn's choice for the Paso.

It should be Kate, Kenny or John dancing first tonight. I'm pretty sure Kate and Kenny have never been on first or second. John at least has been on second when he danced the first foxtrot of the night.

Looking at the list the people that danced first (Apart from Steph) werent in the bottom 2 the week they danced first. So whoever is first might be ok. Its the one who dances second that might have problems....

Going second is dangerous though! 5 people were in the bottom 2 after going 2nd - Brian, Letitia, Gabby, John and Penny. And we've only had 6 shows!
