Actually on a more serious note it is actually worse to insult a forum member as it is directly against the rules of the forum ! But I take your point I retract my statement about the Amazing Aromatic Arlene ( sorry all I could think of in terms of alliteration) Good luck for tonite and hope your Favs do well.

I agree completely but didn't read Kitten's post as a genuine insult (just a joke). Thanks, I'm hoping Alesha does well tonight.

I'm guessing your a Kate fan. Even though I'm not her biggest fan I hope that she and Anton manage to turns things around and dance a good Paso tonight.

Injured again!

Strictly Come Dancing star Kate Garraway has suffered another injury.

The GMTV host hurt herself while practising the opening of tonight's routine, by jumping off steps and falling awkwardly into the arms of her dance partner Anton Du Beke. She visited a clinic in London's Harley Street and was still waiting for test results last night.

A source told The Sun: "The doctors were worried that Kate has either broken a rib or badly bruised them. She has really hurt her side."

Producers expect Garraway to be able to dance tonight, but she may have to scrap part of the planned routine.

This could give her a quick exit!

And as much as I sympathise with Kate regarding her injury...it really is time for her to go now (if the cult permit it)!!
