Arlene really isn't very good with an auto cue is she

She was way out of her comfort zone wasn't she. Combined with Terry's forgetfulness it was really quite funny!

Much ado about nothing, the paso looked very jumbled and hurried... still it was for a good cause.

Well firstly they have to keep to a time schedule and secondly that stage was ridiculously small to dance on

It must have been on for a nanosecond. I turned on to BBC1 just slightly gone 8.30 and didnt see SCD's slot. Anyone know if it has been youtubed by some kind soul?

Arlene was just horrendous-aghhhhhhhhh so cringey. Poor Terry looked like he thought she was going to eat him alive. Me thinks she won't be doing this slot on CIN next year...

I think the dancers were hampered by a slippery surface as well as the size of the mini-stage... I was terrified there was going to be a fall

All in all a bit disappointing I thought, which is really sad.

Just to say aswell, how BORING is CIN getting with every a-z list celeb doing "funny" songs? FFS.

I thought CIN was brillant this year, I enjoyed every bit of it except the Dr Who thingy (not a fan) I thought all the BBC staff were marvelous, and I just loved the songs from the shows, especially the very lovely Joseph.

The Dr Who bit and the strictly bit were the only bits I enjoyed..I think Wogan needs to be pensioned off

Der Chef says

I think Fiona Bruce really *thinks she has singing/performing talent and could do the part of Roxie on broadway given the opportunity at the drop of a hat .

She took "just the two of us" deadly seriously was was mega hacked off when voted out relatively early

Ohhh Yeah

*not necessarily saying she doesnt

The Newsreaders Chicago performance was erm interesting. Previous years efforts have bit more entertaining.
I see Nicholas Owen put his dancing shoes back on again.

I thought it was good - Ian, Matt, Vincent, and Anton were very hot as always. And so were McFly, John Barrowman, David Tennant, and Elliot Minor.
Arlene scares me, though.

I was highly embarrassed for her ~ she seemed like she'd been drinking and had no idea what was going to come out of her mouth next. Painful & cringeworthy.

And her incoherent plea to the public to stop letting the good dancers go out smacked of desperation and may well blow up in her face.

Oh dear.....

Hee hee, poor Arlene was well out of her depth! It's not every day you see someone make Terry W look good. Still, nice to see our pros performing, even though it wasn't my fave pro dance. I also thought we may get something new and special, but it wasn't to be.

Maybe I imagined it, but I thought I saw a short, trailer type clip of all the pros and contestants doing a group dance. It got my hopes up for a moment that we might see something else, but it must have just been showcasing Strictly.
