Indeed, need you ask?
Rigging an election takes time.
The "live" feed on ch4 as well as the a and b feeds on the web were 20 min (yes TWENTY MINUTES ) behind real time.
Which body is responsible for monitoring false claims by organisations such as ch4 with intent to deceive? This is not libellous, this is fact. ”

We talked about the'live' feeds a while back on another thread and I did some hunting around all the usual publications. There is no actual definiton of 'Live Television' for the purpose of accusing someone of not being 'Live'. There are references around to do with live sports but that's it. So there is nothing to throw at them about Live from a legal point of view directly. But I don't believe that C4/Endemol can refute a claim by viewers that they just plain lied.
Feel free to complain though via the regulatory body's online complaints form at the Independent Television Commision (ITC) website. Responses can take from 3 to 20 working days.

Sorry to hear about the ban.
