I can't wait until Sunday, have to read the spoiler to find out if my favourites are safe.

There's no way they get the figures on Sunday opposite Emmerdale. However, if you flick off Emmerdale as soon as the titles come up you find out who has won. VERY bad move by the Beeb this year - and what do they put in place of the Results show? Repeats of Vicar of Dibley and now Omad Djalill. Purleez!
I don't think the final results show will be shown on the day after (ie 23/12). Surely they will show it live on the Saturday night and move OD to Sunday?...
Oh well, back to the spoiler. BTW, I didn't really like any of the contestants this year anyway (nah!)

I don't have exams an an excuse, but am the same!

(Am pathetic!)

^ exactly.

Though I rarely get to watch live so at the moment I usually know before I see the dances even (except on the Beeb site and youtube)

Pretty sure it's been said that it will be all on the Sat night - phew!

That's my weekly routine - I quite enjoy the Sunday show when I already know the result - think I would get very impatient with it otherwise.

I actually find it spoils the show a bit when I succumb to peeping on these boards - but I have got a bit addicted to knowing now and that is why I am here again tonight!

If no-one was there to tell us I am going to have a mild tantrum!

I have tried both ways & definately prefer to wait for Sun.
I settle down with a lovely cuppa watch the Sat show again FF all the waffle & just concentrate on the dancing (except Kate - sorry ).
Then I watch the results - gorgeous. Actually I had better vacate the SCD boards now, in case I inadvertantly see the results spoiler.
Be back again tomorrow night.

It's quite nice to have two shows but I do get impatient and want to know the result ASAP.

I love the idea of having 2 shows, more lovely lovely dancing and so on (just wish there weren't so many people out there plugging stuff) but I always wait until the Sunday show. I don't read the spoilers because they are just that - spoil my enjoyment...I love the suspense and everything..... I think it would be great if we just had one long super duper show on a Saturday, with loads of dancing and no plugging! (Michael Buble can be on every week if he likes...

This will be the first week I've waited until Sunday. I've only just watched Saturday's show (it's now Sunday morning) as I was out (have run out of excuses to stay in).

It's very difficult on here when you don't want to know the result. The "spoiler" threads are easy enough to miss, but I daren't go near many others in case someone has been indiscreet. So may actually have to do some housework today, rather than sit on this forum. Humph!

I always check for spoilers so I can relax and enjoy the sunday show. I'm one of the few who prefers the changes (sunday show and judges having the final say). The only thing I don't like is the actual dance-off as I feel it's academic.

The sunday results show is actually beating Emmerdale in the ratings:

From Media Guardian:

Emmerdale's 6.6 million viewers and 26% share at 7pm was overshadowed by the audience for the Strictly Come Dancing results show on BBC1, which averaged 8.5 million and 34% between 6.50pm and 7.35pm.

How does anyone else feel about finding out/not finding out if you have tried both methods ?”

Well I now know for sure which I prefer. I was just scanning the online papers and didn't realise (niaive of me) that they gave it away. The Mail on Sunday say who's in the bottom two. I was looking foward to the suspense later.

Possible spoiler if you want to assume that because I mention a name it means they're in the dance-off. It doesn't. Just me saying where I found the info in the article.
Spoiler
If you mean the bit written under Kate and Anton's photo in this article
http://www.mailonsunday.co.uk/pages/...n_page_id=1773
then don't read anything into it.
I read it as the Mail saying that there is a dance-off between the two with the lowest scores from the judges - which is not how the system works.

Prefer to know on Saturday. I just cannot sit watching the Sunday show pretending its live - makes me feel a bit silly when I know the results are out there for the taking.
