My approach to the show completely changed tonight after seeing Kate so tired this week, and she's actually in pain. No, not going for the sympathy vote for Kate, but it's not just about the dancing is it? I was so disappointed earlier in the series as I thought/wanted it to be. But, she's a total professional - like The Beacham in some ways.

I'm actually not bothered about the results this week, as I'm sure Alesha is safe, and one of Kate, Kenny, or John (in that order) will be voted off, which I'll be fine with.
