I think what's more important is what gets into the CH4 show.
In this case, the editors decided to make Jons statement public,..but that was only half of it,..it was the dressing around it that made it appear to some as worse than it was.

But Cameron's numerous "astonishing outbursts" only get seen on E4,....not on the CH4 highlights show. Therefore the editors decide what is made public on the main show.....

....In Camerons case, many viewers don't get the chance to see things that can be made open to general discussion for people to express their opinion.

Ask most people who watch the CH4 show,...to them Camerons unsavoury moments never happened.

If you're content with the way things are,..that's up to you. Maybe you don't care about reality TV being as real as can be reasonably made.....But others haven't got much hope for BB5, and would rather people get a fuller picture.

I don't know why some people are getting arsey with other FMs for doing what they want, that's up to them....If people want to show the clips to other people,..who has the right to criticise them,..it's a non-issue.

There was a big difference between Jon and Cameron's situations.
Jon made a direct accusation to Ray's face without any ambiguity.
However distasteful Cameron's outburst was and whatever spin you want to put on it, he did not make a direct threat to Jon. It was just a good old fashioned rant done purely for effect and if anything the worst crime he committed was playing to the cameras, similar to the rant he put on in the African house.

You seem to be trying to fit BB into the category that you'd like it to be. It doesn't belong with the likes of Panorama and Horizon but sits very well with the Soaps and Blind Date. It's a Reality GAME show where the contestants are pushed and prodded by their BB tormentors to encourage televisual reactions, it's not a documentary about 12 ordinary people going about their everyday lives.

I presume you're talking about my post asking what happened to all the videos that were going to be distributed amongst the media? I wasn't being arsey, another one of your misinterpretations, I'm all for people showing clips to prove a point, I was just curious about what had happened because such a big fuss was made about it at the time.

Sawfish... I do actually have the footage... Hammy sent the tape a while ago and I was meaning to put it on the web for people to decide for themselves. I had a problem at the time with my main computer so I couldn't process the video into digital format. I am willing to send you a copy as I don't have enough space on my server to broadcast it. Just give me until the end on the week when I will have time to put it in a dvd for you.

I have to add though, that reading your previous comments, I doubt this would affect your opinion, as it's quite clear you favour that kind of behaviour. Personally, It wouldn't surprise me from inmature 15 years old, but I find difficult to laugh it off coming from a 32 year old.
