no way! Hopefully not a BB overkill. I'm sure that BB still needs writers, though. I remember ANTM7 was during the writers' strike, and everyone was saying how it'd affected the show. But how? The tasks? The challenges? Story arcs? Character development?

Seems odd BB being on in Febuary. Always thought of it as a summer show. It's good though, I think. Ties in nicely with the ending of Survivor & TAR...... I agree it could turn into overkill, though.

I'm hoping for a better mix of HM's this time..... And please producers, NO MORE AMERICA'S PLAYER!!

Awesome

Please no more 'people who know each other' twists either, lets go for a season of all strangers (season 3 was the last one!!).

If they are doing two seasons this year, they may decide to have a celebrity edition in Feb and a normal edition in its usual summer slot.

I can't be excited about this considering how rigged BB8 was.

Apparently they are doing casting calls at the mo, so the February one is most likely a regular one.
Two seasons next year will be fantastic, though I don't know how I'm gonna fit it in my reality schedule (BBUK, CBBUK, IACGMOOH, BBAU, BBUS, TAR, Survivor. Yes I do watch too many reality shows )

Great news. Can't wait for this. I've almost finished watching BBUSA Season 3, what a brilliant season. Hopefully BB9 will be more like that series, complete strangers.

Be nice if the OP could post a link to prove this, because I find it very hard to believe.

Is this about BB USA because its in that forum? I was thinking it was about the UK BB.

It's true CBS have confirmed it. It's on most BB related sites and entertainment sites.

Back February 12th

Then we get BB 10 in the Summer. Rumour has it that the prize fund could go up in order to appeal to a larger audience as this and Survivor are the only two shows CBS has.

With Survivor on All Star Edition, BB needs a way of appealing to the US audiences.

Commercial is great, looks like they will be doing something similar to Big Brother France with the secret twist.

I think it should be BB 8.5, seeing as it's only a half-season really...

Is it possible that they could commission BB11 in the autumn/fall if the writers strike continues?
