32-inch LCD for less than £600

My TV is pretty much done for, so I'm looking to replace it. I'll be using it with a V+ box and an Xbox 360, so it needs to have at least 2 HDMI ports. I'm not planning on getting a HD DVD player/Blu-Ray player/PS3 any time soon, but obviously 1080p and 24fps would be handy for the future.

Any recommendations? I looked on the Which? website and they seem to love Panasonics, but I see a lot of posts on here about Samsungs.

For this sort of price you'll have no problems getting a Panasonic, Sony, Samsung or Toshiba.

All of the above should be fine and it'll come down to personal preference as to which you think is best. Sound and picture quality are, to an extent, subjective so you need to look at a number and make your decision from there.

Aesthetics on the set will also be a factor and may sway your decision

Sainsburys at the moment are selling the 32" Sony Bravia for £449.99. That has 2 HDMI connections. Hope that helps.

Avoid Samsung, I speak from experiance, unless your more concerned about how the unit "looks" switched off, a bit like a Lambo with no Engine!

I'm not sure the OP will easily find that model for £600 (grab it with both hands if you do ).

However, you could realistically land the 32LXD70 for that price, and you'd still've got a bargain in my book.
