Hey guys this is my first time posting on this thread even though I have been a HUGE fan of both James and Ola since they joined series 4. Really didnt like the way everyone was hating on James in that series it totally wasn't his fault that Georgina was lazy!!!! Kenny and Ola were sooooooo sweet last year but I really didnt warm to Gabby but this year its completely the opposite I think James and Cherie are amazing gut I'm not really feeling Andrew Castle. But maybe this year Ola will work her magic once again with someone who isn't that good a dancer and make them entertaining. Anyway thats a brief summary of my feelings towards the cutest couple ever on SCD and I just wanted to say hi to all the Ola fans here!!!!

I think she is scoring well this year for entertainment - her catsuit and Andrew's headbanging.

For me, she holds the record for the sexiest dance ever on the show - her Cha Cha Cha with Spoony. She did the facial expressions so well, she may even be a good actress too.

OMG did anyone read the article about Ola in the daily star? She said that the longer she and Andrew stay in the competition the smaller her outfits will! Here's a link to it if anyone wants to read it:http://www.dailystar.co.uk/news/view...-Strict-orders

Smart girl! The average Daily Star reader is bound to tune in for the skimpy clothes rather than the footwork! Looks like Ola knows how to play the game.

I loved that dance and was so disappointed when they left the show. Can't say I noticed Spoony much in it, though!

I've seen different sites saying either 5'3 or 5'4.

I ask because I understood that, like models, dancers had to be a taller than that and that they woudn't find employment in a group when they need to be of similar height.

Thankfully Ola continued....

I say get rid of Brucey and the rest and we can have an hour of Ola..

I didn't realise that dancers were expected to be tall too. I know Kate Moss is only about 5'6 and considered a short (!) catwalk model.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY OLA!!!! for whenever it was!

Yeah I heard that dancers are expected to be tall aswell but it doesn't matter cos I know alot of small dancers, I mean really small and it doesn't matter, I am a dancer and I am about Ola's height it's better to be smallish rather than tall.

Anyway, I think Ola was great in tonights Strictly, I am annoyed at Craig he was being really evil tonight and he critized both Ola and James' choreography.
EVERYONE VOTE FOR OLA!

Snap. Andrew is improving slowly but surely and I've really warmed to him so I'd like them to have at least one more week.

When he nearly dropped her Ola did an excellet job of avoiding tumbling to the ground.

Also I loved Ola's dress tonight. She always gets fabulous outfits.

it was the 30th

i know, i thought the routines were great. shame about Andrew though. but James and Cherie's dance was just pure elegance and class, it was really beautiful

Brave girl going for that lift after having problems with it all week - just shows how difficult the lifts are.
Ola looking beautiful was the best part of it.
Andrew may have made a mess of the routine, but surely he can get his posture better than that.
I know he's trying, but he seems to confuse himself regarding what he should be doing.
I voted for them, mainly because I like Ola, but Andrew needs to watch some videos of himself and compare that with Matt and Lilia (or some good dancer with a bigger height difference)

I think Andrew has made some improvements. I'd be very sad to see him and Ola go. I'm thinking they might not go *fingers crossed* because I'd imagine he has a larger fan base than someone like Heather. Perhaps it's just wishful thinking!! Ola is brave, I'd be cr@pping myself if someone nearly dropped me!!

That last lift was too difficult for Andrew and should have been omitted..

I bet James is giving Andrew some quick lift tips, in case he's in the dance-off

I think the height difference between them is too excessive and causing problems. Speaking of height, I imagine that being too short or too tall is not a problem in competitive dance as you don't have to fit in with anyone other than your partner. I can see it being a problem in the ballet (until you become good enough to become a soloist, I suppose) or in group dancing of any kind though.

I think so too. I feel that the risk is not worth taking. There are many easier lifts that they can use.

Anyway, best of luck.

I find herself and Lilia are always good for a laugh and love her training clips and the stuff she comes out with

OMG you'd never guess what I just go through the post, a letter of James and Ola!!!!! It made my day, I thought it was gonna be bank statements or something boring like that but when I opened it and I pulled out a signed photo of them I was so excited hehe. It was great, they are such lovely people!
