has anyone managed to get Free Line Rental from Tiscali? I supposedly upgraded to 2Mb, Free Weekend Calls and Free Line Rental for 14.99 several months ago. My broadband has been changed to 2Mb and I'm being charged 14.99, but I'm still being charged by BT for line rental. I have tried emailing Tiscali support who just tell me to ring support. Then when you ring support, they tell you to ring another number that just goes back to the queue for tech support again. (I'm sure that monkeys could do a better job than Tiscali support).
I tried to reply to the email message saying that I had been upgraded, but the email bounced back as undeliverable. When I tried to report the bad email address, support just said I should not have received the email, it was sent to me by mistake!
