Well Bt might leave me alone now.Ever since i had my landline calls though AOL(a very good deal) they've been trying to get me to come back and phone at least twice a month to ask me.

Each time ive declined politely and asked to be taken off their list.Well today i was busy and they rang again so i said
i wanted to speak to a senior manager so i didnt upset someone who was just doing their job.

I then told him id sooner use a carrier pigeon than BT for my landline calls and if they pestered me again id go to the ombudsman and have them done for harrassment.

Wonder if that will do the trick

Nope. Should have stuck with the CSA as there's more chance of them removing you from their dialler than a manager.
