Well I've got the 42in Z series TV arriving tomorrow.

I've checked lots of sets and picked this because it has a great feature set as well as to me at least a good picture.

1920x1080
3 HDMI (1.3)
2 RGB Scarts
24f diplay qwith 5:5 pulldown
1:1 pixel mode
Deep colour support
10 bit colour panel
1366x768 PC via VGA - but 1920x1080 via HDMI
Better than standard speakers

And I'm getting my 42in for £1085 inc. from DigitalDirect

Cheers, daveac

Ive got the Toshiba 37X3030DB and find it fantastic. It was to replace my old Toshiba 32WLT66, and its much better than it in every aspect, let alone being 1080p.

Id definitely recommend it, especially as you can get it at £699 and cheaper, and found it better than a few Samsungs, Phillips and Sonys at that price range.

And the 37Z is not much over 800 quid.

I can't decide between the 37X3030D or the Sony 32D3000U. Just gonna be using it for SD stuff and HD stuff on a PS3 for now but looking into Sky HD for near future. Which one should I go for??

I'm sure it's a good TV.

My 42Z3030 came today.

Here is a link to some photos on my PhotoBucket site that I've just uploaded:-

How did you get the last 3 pictures, are they test cards?
I couldn't see the stand though.
