The Remaining members of The Darkness have formed a new band called The Stone Gods, Ritchie Edwards,Vocals, Dan Hawkins, Guitar, Ed Graham, Drums and Toby McFarline Bass.

They sound very differnat to the Darkness. Unfortnatly they sound like a Poor Ronnie James Dio/Black Sabbath tribute to me anyway

Looks like this track will be relased on the 25th February

They seem to have gone down well in Norwich, Still not my favorite sound. Too heavy for my liking

Personally I would have taken the ashes of The Darkness and thrown them far out to sea.

I saw The Darkness in their prime and they were one of the most 'fun' bands I had seem in years - it was like AC/DC mixed with Rainbow, Queen and Spinal Tap.

I thought the tracks available online were somewhat bland - like GnR "Welcome to the Jungle" but not so well done.

I saw Dio fronting Sabbath and it was OK, just not as good as Ozzy.

Motorhead (despite the volume level) are in a different league, I'm sorry to say.

Reminds me of the early eighties band 'diamond head.'.
I like it!, nice sound. I like the time changes in it and the riff is monstrous!

The Darkness were a joke who somehow conned the nation into loving them for 2 years. They should be grateful and all disappear now. The only 2 memorable people in the band were Justin and the bloke with the tache!

The Darkness first album was great imo, the second pants.
