o2 mms settings problem
EDN1

I'm assuming it's because the phone needs to be provisioned on o2's end however ...

All the settings are perfect I've gone through everything to double check it and it all matches up compared to the same profile on my phone. Sent the settings to my dads k750i [which is the troublesome handset in question] multiple times but still no luck. Get the message " Service is unavailable " when trying to send an MMS.

Can't understand it because just days ago his phone was working then it stopped sending and receiving picture messages before I then fixed it however now it's back to not working and the same thing I did before doesn't work now.

Funnily enough just a few days ago though my mum had the same problems with her k800 which i fixed for her by telling my brother hoe to sort it out and hers is working again.

So very odd though to be honest. My k800i is working fine though that's the thing, I'm on o2 aswell.

Any suggestions before emailing o2 to try to get the phone to send & receive picture messages.. I'm all out of ideas right now.

Sounds like the sim is not enabled for those services, give O2 Customer Service a call or email them

Speaking as a representative of o2 I would advise you that this has been a common problem in the last few days.

If you experience further issues in the next few days I would urge you to contact me via PM.

A representative of O2? That would imply you know a tad about mobile phones, yet you are the one that has stated that:

A sim card cannot be removed from an iPhone. (It can)

An N82 is not a candybar version of an N95. (It is).

You had the Orange unlimited text deal about a year ago. (It launched the 1st of this month).

I would suggest that you may not be the best person to ask for advice. No offence.
