I'm sorry if this has already been answered elsewhere.

I have recently purchased a 3.5 HDD media enclosure and have fitted it with a 80gb hard drive.

I have been very pleased with it but just recently when transferring AVI files to it the sound is going out of sync with the video after watching it for about 15 minutes.

When I have downloaded these files to my PC I am just using drag and drop to transfer to the hard drive.

Any ideas?

The problem is probably with the original encoder.

It was indeed a problem with the encoding.
